On the Road Eats: Denver, CO

Hotel:  Sheraton Denver Tech Center Hotel
Would I stay again?  Yes.  The hotel was near our local office and the staff was nice. I had access to the lounge but opted to go out for breakfast.

Restaurants:

Dinner: Ambli Denver
Would I dine again? Yes.  The menu had a bunch of great items and I was with a group of friends that enjoy food like I do.  I think my favorite was the cauliflower dish!

Breakfast: Three Little Griddles DTC
Would I dine again? Maybe.  I didn’t love the pancakes as they were super heavy but there were other menu items that looked good.

On the Road Eats: St. Louis

Hotel:  Sheraton Clayton Plaza Hotel St. Louis
Upgrade:  Yes but lounge is nothing special
Would I stay again? Probably not. The parking garage was not convenient (come in at the top level and go down two levels to exit on a one way street, bottom levels were quite dark and as a woman, not the safest feeling. Rooms were outdated and I prefer something more modern and clean. If you must, location was central and you can walk to restaurants in Clayton.

Lunch:  Yellowbelly
Would I dine again? Yes. Brussels were awesome and the toast was quite interesting.

Dinner:  Billie|Jean
Would I dine again? Yes.  Solo diner so I had a great seat at the bar and saw all the food being prepared and plated.  The eggplant was awesome although the soup would not be my first choice.  Wish I had been hungrier – the short rib looked amazing.

Lunch:  Sugarfire Smokehouse
Would I dine again? Yes – Second time to this spot!  I was late to the airport so I got this to go and had a good meal on the plane!
