Recipe: Artichoke Dip

I have something to share with you.

We all have a go-to recipe when someone says, “Hey – can you bring an appetizer?“.  It has to be something easy, something fast and of course, something everyone will enjoy.  I hope you try the one below!  All you need are 5 ingredients, then mix and bake!

  • 2 Cans of Artichoke Hearts Quartered, roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1 TBSP minced Garlic
    (from the jar is fine)
  • 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
  • 8 oz of Shredded Mozzarella cheese


  • Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
