I have something to share with you.
I joined Facebook back in August of last year, yes I know, a bit late to the game but I was welcomed into this decade from the 1990’s. Anyway, I set up my security and have slowly been connecting to current friends and those from my past. And I see the benefits of using social media – I can wish people Happy Birthday, “like” the pictures of their family and get great “mom” recommendations! But I am embarrassed to say that I was completely unaware of the “other” inbox under the message section.
See, the inbox shows you messages from your friends but there is an “other” inbox that allows you to receive messages from, what are they called, non-friends? Imagine my surprise when I read a message from a few old friends from college that probably thought I was ignoring them for 6 months. I think it is time for me to buy a Facebook 101 book unless you can share your favorite tips with me. Just add your comment next to the title of this post! Thanks in advance for your help!
